Description
This is a brand new complex, consisting two buildings (B1 and B2) and approximately 3174 m2 of net usable area. It is located in the heart of New Belgrade business district. Buildings are made separately with common reception area and parking. Both buildings can use around 70 parking lots which will be given accordingly with usage of the area and will be controlled via card access. The infrastructure consists around 80 telephone lines (40 for each unit), optical cable, internet, LAN network. Heating and cooling are central and will be provided through fan-coil systems.
