Equest Partners, an investment management and advisory company based in London is developing a 5 star hotel and office complex in Skopje city centre, in FYROM. Attached to the hotel, this development will comprise a 7 storey, Class A office building totaling 7,227 sqm. This Class A high quality building will encompass 2.376 sqm of gross retail space, 4.656 sqm of gross office space and 66 parking spaces.
The site is located in the city centre, adjacent to the City Museum, Ramstore shopping centre and Macedonia Street, the main pedestrian street in the City. The building is well situated in the vicinity of a number of arterial routes offering good visibility to passing traffic. Accessibility to the site is excellent via the two main roads that are running parallel to the site, providing easy access to the road network of Skopje.
Ground works started in Q3 of 2008 and completion of the Project is scheduled for the end of 2010.
