Colliers Serbia is selected as the leading agent for a logistics and cargo center that EYEMAXX Real Estate jointly develops with the Chayton Capital UK fund within the airport complex in Nis.
Cargo center complex includes approximately 260.000 m2 of land area and around 136.000sqm of highest standard facilities. Besides distributive facilities, project anticipates business facilities, shopping mall and hotel development as well as the rest of the content which shall fulfill the highest European standards for complexes of this type.
